LibGfx: CFF (Compact Font Format) support

OpenType fonts can contain Adobe Type1 format fonts in so-called CFF tables:

We have at least a partial implementation of Type1 font handling in LibPDF already.
If possible, we should consolidate this code so that we can load CFF fonts anywhere in the system, and especially in CSS @font-face rules.
