Build: Optional doas support
Some users may opt to use doas instead of sudo for their privilege escalation utility due to security reasons. However, SerenityOS currently does not support building with doas. If one attempts to symlink sudo to doas, they get an error stating that -E is an invalid option for doas. Ideally, users building SerenityOS would be able to use either doas or sudo.
