Browser: Right-to-left text is read left to right
This was working before draw_text_run() was introduced here 7850628 and used here 1c88536. As draw_text_run() doesn't handle text direction.
This is the case now where the direction is not handled.
This is the case with the change reverted, where the direction is handled.
