This is a bit hard to describe, but happens consistently. I don't know if this is a LibGUI bug, a WindowServer bug, or something specific about the Browser Inspector.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Browser.
- Right click somewhere on the page and choose "Inspect Element".
- The Inspector window appears, with the node selected.
- Click on the main browser window, and make sure that the Inspector window is open, and not minimized, but is completely obscured.
- Right click somewhere else on the page and choose "Inspect Element".
- The Inspector window appears, but the tree view shows the old selection.
- Mouse over the tree view, and see that things get repainted a little.
Step 4 is crucial. If the Inspector window is partly visible, the bug doesn't happen. If it is minimized, the bug doesn't happen.
