Ports: ncurses on MacOS is using buggy host binaries in install step
When installing ncurses port using a MacOS host, an outdated host system version of tic is used to build the terminfo database (referencing termux/termux-packages#4487 (comment) ). This causes the install step to fail.
Current workaround (at least for my machine) is to reference a newly-built version of ncurses in my PATH.
