Providing option for a consent modal

We are planning to introduce a consent modal (detailed discussion here to address privacy concerns.
The consent system will integrate with the tool called Klaro.
We can have something like when the chatbox opens, the user will be prompted to give consent to data being stored/used. If the user declines, then the chatbox will close, and if they approve, then they can continue with using the chatbot.
There is already a part of feature that is there in Deepchat which can be used for the consent modal. But that is only triggered in a particular case.
So is it possible to have something like this?
