If the last element of a document has position: absolute
and is larger than the rest of the page, you cannot scroll past what the size of the document would be if that last element wasn't there.
If there is another element (without position: absolute
) after the overflowing element, you can scroll if you hover your mouse on the overflowing element or if you use the scroll bar (https://blackilykat.dev/scrollbug2.html)
You can scroll to see the overflowing text
