This page attempts to block default behaviour for all keys, but it doesn't seem to work for disabling browser shortcuts, such as ctrl-a, ctrl-f, etc.
Other browsers do seem to have a few exceptions (ctrl-t and ctrl-w at least) but generally allow pages to intercept keyboard input
