Summary

Some tests needs to run after readyState.complete has been fired. For example tests depending on custom fonts.

I see two different solutions to this:

1. Add a new event in PageClient that fires when all resources have really loaded and rendered, including fonts. Listen to that event instead of page did finish and have the test runner wait for that
2. Introduce a test runner specific event handler that can be subscribed to (testiscomplete), if there is such an event handler installed, the test will call that function every 100ms or so until the return value is true

As a side note, I think it would be helpful if more of the test runner logic could be done in javascript, so each test can decide when it is ready.

1. Run a wpt test involving fonts, for example Text/input/wpt-import/css/css-flexbox/flex-item-compressible-001.html which is currently marked as skipped in TestConfig.ini
