Invalidate less style even when :has() selectors are present
We currently jump off the performance cliff when a :has() selector is present anywhere in active style.
More specifically, we always invalidate the entire document's style whenever some style-affecting DOM mutation happens.
This is awful and leads to terrible performance across the board.
We need to come up with a solution for invalidating fewer elements in these situations.
