Ability to click a "report this conversation" in a given conversation.

• The reported conversation should be then available to view by staff, all messages.
• They should not be added to the user list for a given conversation.
• In the event edit/delete of messages is possible, staff should be able to see these as well to further access the situation.
• Staff should not be able to view the conversation unless it is reported.
• The other user in the conversation should not be notified of the conversation being reported.

Example link could be something like this for the staff viewing the message:

• https://unit3d.dev/dashboard/reports/1234/conversation/5678
• Where 1234 is the report ID and 5678 is the conversation ID they now have access to.
• The report itself can have the link to this for staff to view instead of the link to the user or the torrent. Then the message can be the same.
