[Request] Link the "Can_invite" flag to the access to the invite forums

With the ability for permissions to be revoked on the user profile page, it would make sense for if a user has had invite privileges revoked, they should probably also no longer be able to access any specific forums related to invites.

I'd probably also suggest this would include the need for a requirement in the forums to have an option added that marks that specific forum as an "invite forum" so the two could be linked
