[Request] Split and Merge Functionality for Posts and Topics
Add features to split posts from one thread and merge them into another, directly from the forum UI., without having to make manual repost requests.
Split feature: Allow mods to cut posts to form a new thread or add to an existing one while keeping original timestamps.
Merging: allow mods to combine threads or individual posts preserving their chronological order.
Simple buttons and directional arrows for splitting and merging actions, with automatic "re: original title" for new threads from splits.
Examples:

: A button that allows splitting, copying over all details like timestamps. -
Merge Action
: Directional arrows allow moving posts between threads, with the ability to revert actions. -
Automatic Topic Creation
: Posts split in this manner receive a default "re: original title" for the new topic.
