[FEATURE]: Support Contacts Messages
Description
Implement the support for whatsapp contacts messages.
Proposed Solution
As a developer using the SDK, I want to be able to handle contact messages, saving a registry of the message on the local database, change its status when needed, as well as send contact messages.

Acceptance Criteria
- Contact messages are properly handled by the webhook endpoint
- Contact messages can be marked as read
- Contact messages can be sent
- Proper methods to send text messages are implemented on the
CanSendWhatsappMsgtrait for the Eloquent User model - New code is properly unit/integration tested
- The feature is correctly and completely documented
