[FEATURE]: Support Text Messages
Description
Implement the support for standard simple whatsapp text messages.
Proposed Solution
As a developer using the SDK, I want to be able to handle simple text messages, saving a registry of the message on the local database, change its status when needed, as well as send text messages.

Acceptance Criteria
- Text messages are properly handled by the webhook endpoint
- Message instance, data and metadata saved at the local database
- Text messages can be marked as read (handle message status)
- Text messages can be sent
- Proper methods to send text messages are implemented on the
CanSendWhatsappMsgtrait for the Eloquent User model - New code is properly unit/integration tested
- The feature is correctly and completely documented
