Cu-Cyto research-use cost-sharing package

Research-use cost-sharing package for use with Cu-Cyto Viewer.
This package includes a Cu-Cyto model package and a research-use license key for activation.
It can also be used with the Cu-Cyto QuPath extension on the same licensed PC.

• A Polar license key for research-use activation
• Use with Cu-Cyto Viewer
• Use with the Cu-Cyto QuPath extension on the same licensed PC

License activation

The license key is activated in a compatible Cu-Cyto application and is bound to one Cu-Cyto client ID.

Each license is valid for one PC.
On the same licensed PC, the model may be used with both Cu-Cyto Viewer and the Cu-Cyto QuPath extension.

To use this model on multiple PCs, please obtain one license for each PC.

Research-use cost-sharing license

This package is provided for research use only.

The license fee is intended to support model distribution, maintenance, license management, and user support. Payment of this fee does not grant commercial-use rights, diagnostic-use rights, redistribution rights, or rights to incorporate the model into third-party products or services.

The paid license is not intended to commercialize the underlying research data or to grant commercial rights to the model. It is a research-use access and maintenance fee for the packaged Cu-Cyto model.

Use restrictions

Research use only. Not for diagnostic use.

This model package, including the ONNX model files and related configuration files, is licensed for use with Cu-Cyto Viewer and the Cu-Cyto QuPath extension on the licensed PC only.

Use of this model package for diagnostic purposes, clinical decision-making, commercial services, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, sharing of the model package or license key, integration into third-party software, or incorporation into commercial products requires separate written permission unless explicitly agreed.
