Before you buy

Selva Mail runs in your AWS account, so you need two things:

1. An AWS account. SES bills you directly at about $0.12 per 1,000 emails all-in.
2. SES production access. New AWS accounts start in the SES sandbox and can only send to verified addresses. Getting out is a support request, and AWS does decline them — we wrote the guide: selva.run/guides/aws-ses-production-access

You will also want a Postgres database. CockroachDB and Neon free tiers cover getting started.

If AWS refuses you production access and you cannot send, email us and we will refund you in full. We would rather do that than have you own something you can't use.

After you buy

You get GitHub access to the repository and a downloadable archive of your version. Deploy takes about five minutes of your own time; DNS propagation does the rest.

About the renewal

$79/yr, optional, updates only. Skip it and your install keeps running forever on the version you have — and the archive you downloaded stays yours regardless. Renewal buys new versions, nothing else.
