All sales are final. Our products are digital items, including Framer templates, components, and related assets. Because they are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, copied, or remixed the moment you gain access, they cannot be returned. For this reason we do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete.

We are here to help. If something is not working as expected, please reach out before requesting a refund. Most issues, such as setup questions, broken elements, or trouble customizing, can be resolved quickly. We want you to be happy with your purchase and will always do our best to make it right.

Exceptions. In fair cases we may issue a refund at our discretion, for example:

You were charged more than once for the same item. The product has a significant defect that we are unable to fix within a reasonable time. You have not yet downloaded, remixed, or accessed the files. What is not covered.

A change of mind after purchase. Not having the skills or tools needed to use the product. Buying the wrong item by mistake after access has been granted. Compatibility with third party plugins, code, or services outside the product. Marketplace terms. When you buy through a marketplace such as Framer, FramerThings, or Blink.store, that platform's own refund and buyer protection terms also apply and may override parts of this policy.
