This download contains command line tools to interface with number-utilities parsing and format libraries. Currently for the x86 and windows platforms.

examples: `format-number 7`, `format-number 2025 --roman`, `format-number 561232 --denary --seperator`
> .\parse-number-x86_64-pc-windows.exe --help
usage: `parse-number *number*` or `parse-number *number* (--roman | --binary | --hex | --english)`
examples: `parse-number seven`, `parse-number IX --roman`

This includes a bonus tool for inspecting the bit representation of ieee754 floating point numbers
