Cu-Cyto QuPath Extension

Cu-Cyto QuPath Extension is a free QuPath extension for using Cu-Cyto model packages and research heatmap functions within QuPath.

This extension is intended for research use and is provided as a .jar file that can be installed directly into QuPath.

What is included

This download package may include:

• qupath-extension-cucyto-*.jar
  The Cu-Cyto QuPath extension file.

• README_Install.txt
  Installation instructions.

• LICENSE.txt
  License and usage terms.

Installation

1. Start QuPath.

2. Drag and drop the Cu-Cyto extension .jar file onto the QuPath window.

   Example:

   qupath-extension-cucyto-0.3.x.jar
   

3. Follow any QuPath prompt asking whether to install or add the extension.

4. Restart QuPath.

5. After restarting QuPath, check the QuPath menu for the Cu-Cyto extension.

In most environments, the extension should be installed simply by dragging the .jar file into QuPath and restarting QuPath.

Notes

• This product contains the QuPath extension only.
• Cu-Cyto model packages may be distributed separately.
• GPU runtime files may also be distributed separately.
• CPU-only use does not require the GPU runtime pack.
• If you intend to use GPU acceleration, please install the separate Cu-Cyto GPU Runtime Pack for Windows x64.

Research use only

This software is provided for research use.

It is not intended for clinical diagnosis, treatment selection, patient management, or any other medical decision-making use.

Users are responsible for validating the software, models, and outputs for their own research environment and purpose.

License

The Cu-Cyto QuPath extension is distributed under the GNU General Public License version 3 (GPLv3) to maintain compatibility with QuPath.

Cu-Cyto models, GPU runtime packages, server components, validated model packages, workstation packages, and related commercial services may be distributed under separate terms.

Commercial use of Cu-Cyto Server, validated models, workstation packages, runtime packages, or integration into commercial products or services requires a separate written agreement.
