Cu-Cyto GPU Runtime Pack for Windows x64 is an optional runtime package for enabling GPU acceleration in Cu-Cyto analysis on Windows PCs with compatible NVIDIA GPUs.
This package is provided separately from the Cu-Cyto QuPath Extension and Cu-Cyto model packages.
Install this package only if you want to use GPU acceleration.
You may need this package if:
You do not need this package for CPU-only analysis.
If your PC does not have a compatible NVIDIA GPU, Cu-Cyto can still be used in CPU mode, although analysis may be slower.

installation batch file(s), such as:
install_gpu_runtime.batcheck_gpu_runtime.batruntime libraries required for GPU execution;
README or instruction files.
The exact file names may vary depending on the package version.
Download the GPU Runtime Pack.
Extract the ZIP file to a local folder.
Example:
C:\Cu-Cyto-GPU-Runtime-Pack-Windows-x64
Run the installation batch file included in the extracted folder.
Example:
install_gpu_runtime.bat
Follow the instructions shown in the command window.
After installation, restart QuPath if it is already running.
Run Cu-Cyto analysis again and check whether GPU execution is available.
If a runtime check script is included, you can use it to confirm the GPU runtime status.
Example:
check_gpu_runtime.bat
This may show whether the required GPU runtime files are installed and whether the PC appears ready for GPU execution.
For GPU users, the recommended order is:
For CPU-only users, skip step 3.
This package is provided for research use.
It is not intended for clinical diagnosis, treatment selection, patient management, or any other medical decision-making use.
Users are responsible for validating the software, runtime environment, models, and outputs for their own research environment and purpose.
Cu-Cyto GPU runtime packages may be distributed under terms separate from the Cu-Cyto QuPath Extension.
The Cu-Cyto QuPath Extension itself is distributed under the GNU General Public License version 3 (GPLv3) to maintain compatibility with QuPath.
Cu-Cyto models, GPU runtime packages, server components, validated model packages, workstation packages, and related commercial services may be distributed under separate terms.
Commercial use of Cu-Cyto Server, validated models, workstation packages, runtime packages, or integration into commercial products or services requires a separate written agreement.
