You may not publish this paid plugin to the OpenAI Plugins Directory, copy it into a public skill catalog, redistribute the binaries, or share GitHub access with unlicensed users. The software is provided as-is, without warranty. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the license that gave rise to the claim. These terms do not sell digital goods inside ChatGPT or Codex. It reads the Git repository you point it at, writes a local content-hash cache, and does not contact a network provider as part of analysis. Optional Codex usage import is local and off unless you run it. The plugin does not collect accounts, telemetry, or source code for the publisher. GitHub may process access logs if you clone the private plugin repository. Payment processors such as Polar or Lemon Squeezy handle checkout data on their own terms.
